Ashley is a capoeira teacher and illustrator and this design is based on one of his shirts. It's understated yet smart, wearable on many different occassions. I've chosen a medium to heavy-weight hemp that is slightly more heavy duty and will wear very well, and the shirt’s boxy shape makes it work as an overshirt too. Ash models the first one I made for him dyed with onion skins and rust here.

This is a hand-made, slow fashion product, using plant dyeing processes that take care and time, and each garment is finished to a high standard to ensure maximum durability and longevity. All garments that are made to order will take between 3-6 weeks to process. If you need the garment by a certain date or would like to know a more exact shipping date, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate.

COLOUR CARE
The natural colours I work with are durable and remain strong for a good length of time if washed with care (machine wash 30 degrees Celcius). However part of their joy and uniqueness is also the way they will change and respond to their environment over time, including the type of water they are washed in. For best results always follow care instructions on the label or refer to the care section under FAQs.

Overall length (collar to bottom hem) and sleeve length can be adjusted to suit your needs. Please enquire with your order.
