Max was my housemate for a couple of years and he was always wearing great trousers. One particular pair caught my eye because of the tie at the waist and I wondered if they could be adapted to a unisex style and made in hemp. When I tried them on to see what they were like I felt like wearing them for the rest of the day.I found a hemp twill that is stiff to begin with but softens beautifully with wear, turning them into an item of that you’ll feel you can do anything in – even climb!
